1. About InSyncKids

InSyncKids is a trading name of GYAMDIAS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17213630. Our registered office is Unit 12, Slough Interchange Industrial Estate, Whittenham Close, Slough SL2 5EP, United Kingdom.

2. Who may place an order or create an account

Orders and accounts must be created by an adult who is at least 18 years old. The adult must have the authority to provide information about any child added to the service and must keep all account information accurate and current.

3. What the Buddy does

An InSyncKids Buddy is a contact aid that uses NFC and QR technology. When a finder taps or scans the Buddy, the finder page may show contact options and information chosen by an approved adult.

The Buddy is not a tracking device. It does not prevent a child becoming separated, guarantee that a finder will notice or scan it, replace responsible adult supervision, or replace the emergency services.

4. Product information

We take reasonable care to describe each Buddy accurately. Colours, dimensions, materials, attachment options and personalisation choices are shown on the relevant product page. Small differences may occur because products are made using a physical production process and screens display colours differently.

5. Personalisation

You are responsible for checking names, colours and other personalisation before placing an order. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We may be unable to change a personalised order after production has started.

6. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorised, information appears incorrect, the product is unavailable, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

7. Prices and payment

Prices, taxes and delivery charges are shown before you confirm the order. Payment is collected through the payment option selected at checkout. We do not receive or store the full payment card number when a separate payment provider processes the transaction.

8. Delivery

Available delivery methods and estimated times are shown during ordering. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed and explain the available options.

9. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Shipping and Returns Policy. Personalised goods may be excluded from the standard change of mind cancellation right. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

10. Account services

Account features may include child profiles, approved contacts, finder page settings, Buddy activation and scan activity. Features may change as the service develops. We will not remove a paid core feature during an active paid period without providing an appropriate remedy where required by law.

11. Your responsibilities

You must keep account access secure, use accurate contact information, choose suitable finder page content, and attach the Buddy securely to an appropriate item. You must not place information on a finder page that is unlawful, misleading, harmful or unnecessary for the intended contact purpose.

12. Prohibited use

You must not use InSyncKids to impersonate another person, monitor someone secretly, harass another person, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, upload malicious code, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

13. Service availability

Finder pages and alerts depend on compatible phones, internet access, account status and third party communications services. We aim to keep the service available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access at all times.

14. Intellectual property

The InSyncKids name, Buddy designs, website content, software, graphics and branding belong to GYAMDIAS LTD or its licensors. You may use the service for personal and lawful purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

15. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights. Subject to this, InSyncKids is an additional contact aid and is not a guarantee of recovery, supervision or emergency response.

16. Suspending or closing an account

We may suspend access where we reasonably believe there is fraud, misuse, a security risk or a serious breach of these terms. You may ask us to close an account, subject to records that we must retain for legal, payment, legal or security reasons.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, the law or our business. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date. Material changes that affect an active account will be communicated where appropriate.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and courts available in your home nation.
