If a child becomes separated from their adult, a finder can tap or scan the Buddy and use the contact choices selected by the family.<\/p>\n\n                    <h2>Who adds information?<\/h2>\n                    <p>An approved adult creates the account and decides what information is added. Children should not be asked to manage the main account or choose what private information is shown to a finder.<\/p>\n\n                    <h2>What information might be included?<\/h2>\n                    <p>The adult may add a first name, a Buddy name, contact details for trusted adults, and short medical or communication notes when these are genuinely helpful. The adult should not add more information than is needed.<\/p>\n\n                    <h2>What can a finder see?<\/h2>\n                    <p>A finder sees only the information the approved adult has chosen for the finder page. InSyncKids is designed so that a home address, school timetable and other unnecessary private details do not need to be shown.<\/p>\n\n                    <h2>What happens when a Buddy is scanned?<\/h2>\n                    <p>The family account may record that the Buddy was opened, the time it happened and basic technical information needed for security. The current service does not provide live location tracking.<\/p>\n\n                    <h2>Can information be changed or removed?<\/h2>\n                    <p>Yes. An approved adult can update the child profile and finder page choices. A child or adult can also contact us to ask a privacy question or request that information is corrected or removed, subject to legal requirements.<\/p>\n\n                    <h2>Who can help?<\/h2>\n                    <p>Speak to a parent, carer or another trusted adult if you are worried about information in an InSyncKids account.
